Ingredients
2 Oranges
100g Chocolate
100g Sugar
Method
Cut top and bottom off oranges and cut into quarters
Remove flesh and white pith
Cut peel into thin strips and cook in boiling water for 15mins
Drain strips in a sieve
Add 75g of sugar ton 130ml of water and bring to boil;
Add peel and simmer for 30mins
Drain and lay out on greaseproof paper and leave to cool ( overnight)
When cool coat with remaining sugar
Coat the end of each strip with melted chocolate.
