The ADAPT Saturday market is held each Saturday until about October in the Lord Combermere car park from 10am to noon.

This week there will be various soft fruit, gooseberries and maybe the start of the currents and strawberries! Summer pudding here we come!

Young and tender broad beans, one of the first of this years vegetables to come out of the garden and delicious!

It's never to late to plant herbs and if you have a empty spot waiting for some flowers in your garden why not fill it with lobellia.

Talking of flowers, if you are a early bird you may be lucky and get a bunch of sweet peas.

Large eggs, small eggs, and the green egg hens are laying again! Fresh and local can't get better than that. Hopefully the honey keeper has left some honey.

These are a few of the things you will find on the stall this week. Come early don't be disappointed!

The ADAPT food group is always looking for new members, if you like the idea of sustainability and grow your own, come and have a chat and even join us!
