ADAPT cycle ride today

In spite of the heat, we hope to complete route L5 Aston, Sound & Hack Green-15 miles, fairly easy.

We shall leave the Bridge Inn at 10.30am, and will have to decide the exact route when we know the situation on the Whitchurch road. The best thing for us would be that access for cycles is possible but not other vehicles. If no access for cycles we shall have to use the canal towpath option.

We will not go into the secret bunker as admission charges apply but will seek refreshment at the Bhurtpore or Cafe at bridge 80 or Wrenbury pubs!

Please print out the route from Audlem.org (click here for the details on the ADAPT website) if possible. Wear light coloured clothing, and a helmet is recommended. Water and a snack are always useful. Please try to include a spare inner tube and a bicycle bell. The leaders will have a simple tool kit and first aid kit.
