26 homes plan for Mill Lane

Just in case you missed yesterday's news, Hockenhull Properties Ltd has submitted a new bid to build on the field behind the bowling club and to the north of Mill Lane.

The original plan for 36 properties with ten of the houses south or east of Mill Lane was rejected in October by Cheshire East's Strategic Planning committee.

As this is a new application, and the number of houses has been reduced and Mill Lane is not being used for access to any of the properties, anyone who commented on the earlier planning application will have to submit new comments.

As of last night, there were 25 'comments' submitted but all were by Hockenhull's property advisers with details of the new scheme.
