We, the Festival team of dedicated volunteers, are now very deep into the planning for this – the biggest free such event in all of Cheshire, our 14th such happening.

The big programme is building well, with over 50 businesses taking out space and much artwork being created. Plus an awesome listing of some 110 performers, ranging from solos through duos, bands and choristers:

  • The three pubs in the village will be presenting music to suit all tastes, with a superb Choral day in the magnificent setting of St Jame's church, for which many thanks to Rev Helen Chantry and the PCC.Here we will have singers including local children, a'cappela and adult choirs.
  • A truly great art exhibition in the Methodist Church hall over three days plus an exhibition in the Audlem Mill Shop.
  • Traditional music from Back Row Plus will take place in the Scout & Guide Hall.
  • Our very talented campanologists will ring a quarter peal of the bells on one of the nights.
  • The Poetry Slam attracting all budding muses returns.

All in all a fantastic long weekend – thanks to our sponsors – the Parish Council, ADAS and KMF Sheet Metals, plus the wonderful response from all the village businesses and those from outside – in taking out advertising space. Without this financing we could not present the event.

We hope all who come will enjoy it to the full. Camping is available for those needing it.
With Carnival Day on the 26th, the whole village will make all very welcome.

I present the front cover of our very detailed programme – and I repeat that it is all given free to all comers to be here and to enjoy the many performances.
