'Party Gras' for St Lukes

Friday, July 27th

It is now nearly three years since we sadly lost Bernie Cliffe.

I house sat for the family whilst they were in Texas and Bernie was having her treatment. I've always wanted to raise money for St Luke's Cheshire Hospice as a way of thanking them for their amazing work and the way they looked after Bernie.

So I have joined the committee organising their 'Party Gras' ball, to be held at Nantwich show ground on the 27th July. The ball will have:

• Drinks reception
• 3 course dinner followed by cheese
• Auction
• Raffle
• Gin bar
• Two other bars
• Two bands to include a Tropicana band from London.
• Fair ground rides
• ....and much more!

I have been to the show ground this morning. The marquee is looking fantastic. We have sold over 450 tickets and do have a handful left.
