Any recommendations for an individual to sort a bunch of cluster flies in loft space, I would sort a smoke bomb out but currenty unable to egress loft due knee replacement. Thanks for any ideas.

There is nothing ' illegal' about putting dog waste in a litter bin, and if anything the dog owners of the Anwyl estate should be applauded for their efforts to keep dog-doo off their pavements. Sounds as if your bins are either not being emptied often enough, or you do not have sufficient waste bins for the 100+ households on the estate. That is a discussion you need to have with your management company, who's remit it is, to keep your area well maintained. Why should the costs of the failure of your private management company, to fulfil their contract, fall to the public purse – and thereby on the rest of us ? Has anyone actually contacted them with photos of the issue ? If so what have they said ? If there is failure to comply with their duties this is not an issue for the local council to solve, but for the residents who pay good money I'm sure.

The litter bins on the public green space on the Anwyl Estate are now overflowing not with litter but with dog waste. These litter bins were never intended for dog waste and are not maintained by Cheshire East or Audlem PC but by Greenbelt who receive their funding from the annual grounds maintenance charge levied on each property on the Anwyl estate. It does not include dog waste removal.
This is becoming a health hazard next to the children's play area. There is obviously a need for dog waste disposal facilities as can be found in other locations around the village. Dog owners are being responsible by picking up the waste but this is just not working. Cheshire East/ Audlem Parish Council should arrange for a dog waste bin in this location and then maintain it. The residents pay their council tax just the same as everyone else and expect equal facilities. I know, fat chance.

Very nice to see the interior of the Shroppie fly being refurbished ,but what about the outside ?passed by it a few weeks ago ,and it's starting to look very tired.
