Audlem Public Hall
Minutes - November 2010

The Daytime Class for Zumba is starting back in the Public Hall on Monday 9th January at 10.45am with Karen Hodgson.

The Tuesday Evening class is starting back on 31st of January. Beginners class at 6.30pm,  Normal Class at 7.00pm  and a Beginners class at 8.00pm.

If you are interested in any of the beginners classes, please can you call Karen on 07852 938851 or 01270 842535 to book a place.

The beginners class is a great way to learn the steps, and Zumba Rhythms which are used throughout the routines of the Zumba Dances.

So if you are unsure about trying a class, then start off from the beginning, and learn the steps.

Do the class at your own level. Once you are confident with them you will not stop dancing. You have to give yourself at least four weeks! Come and have fun whilst exercising. I make the class real fun!
