Zumba - new Monday morning class

Home » Latest News » Zumba - new Monday morning class

It's countdown till Christmas now and lots of you will be wanting to shed the pounds beforehand!

Or maybe take up a new Hobby! It is £3.50 a session for the first 6 weeks. Why not try something new? I have a New Daytime Class starting on Monday 12th September at Audlem Public Hall and then every Monday at 10.45am.

Ideal for those who have an hour free and not sure how to fit in some "Me Time." It lasts for one hour, and is a complete, full body workout with dance moves, it's great fun and very calorie burning. You will not even feel it is a workout.

I absolutely enjoy taking the classes and I make them very motivational and exhilarating for everyone to enjoy. It is completely just  fun, fun, fun. If you have not tried it, you do not know what you are missing.

The New Class will be broken down, so you can learn the basic moves and allow you to enjoy as you learn and still get a workout!

I also have classes at 7.00pm till 8.00pm every Tuesday and 8.00pm till 9.00pm every Wednesday. I look forward to seeing you there.

Or should your require any further information, then please do not hesitate to contact me on 07852 938851 or 01270 842535 for more details. Or you can email me at Karen_dietfitpro@sky.com" target="_blank">Karen_dietfitpro@sky.com - there's an underline after Karen!
