The Barack Obama — Hillary Clinton battle for the Democrat nomination in the USA may be a nail-biter, but it's not as close as the Audlem Online Vote Poll asking: "Do you want to see more double yellow line parking restrictions in Audlem village centre?"

With almost 350 votes cast, the current standing is a dead-heat at 171 votes saying "Yes"; 171 saying "No" and 6 Unsures. If you haven't done so yet, cast your vote now on this important local issue.

There's also a Forum debate where you can have your say. The contributions to that debate make interesting reading, ranging from thoughtful local responses to the more provocative comment from Ned Clarkson who, we suspect, may be the brother of, or at the very least, a clone of his name-sake Jeremy.
