There's a Winter Wellbeing session organised by Cheshire East Council, Wulvern and Nantwich Local Area Partnership in Audlem on the morning of Wednesday 12th February in the Public Hall from 9.30 until 12.30pm.

There will be information and advice on how to help you beat the winter blues from a range of agencies and local groups with free refreshments.

You can get advice on Welfare benefits; managing your money; heating; eating well; keeping safe; local support and lots more.

You can even take part in a Winter Cooking session' with Healthbox CIC.

Best of all, it's all Free!
