In case readers missed this item published yesterday afternoon, it is repeated here.

Members of the Parish Council's Planning Working Group are to meet with officials from Cheshire East Council in response to their letter of complaint that the Neighbourhood Plan was not taken into account in planning decision making.

Michael E Jones, current Leader of CEC, has admitted that the Planning Department had made errors in this respect.

Councillors will be seeking assurance that all emerging Neighbourhood Plans are properly considered in the future and raising a number of planning issues at the meeting.

If any resident has a comment or query they wish to raise on this issue please send it to the Clerk, Kirstin Dixon (audlemparishclerk@gmail.com), by noon on Wed 6 January.
