Little Heath Inquiry next week

A reminder that the Inquiry to determine the Appeal by Gladman for the proposed residential development at Little Heath will start on May 7th, probably lasting for six days.

Interested parties are invited, Cheshire East have said, to attend the Inquiry starting at 10.00am next Wednesday at Carlsberg Lounge, Crewe Alexandra FC, Gresty road, Crewe and, at the Inspector's discretion, to give their views.

While the Inquiry is scheduled for six days, 7 — 9th and 13 -15th May, if additional days are required, Monday 12th and Friday 16th May may be used.

When made, the appeal decision will be published on the planning portal website at www.planningportal.gov.uk/pcs and AudlemOnline will be looking to publish those details as and when they appear.

Cheshire East Planning have now published their responses to the Appeal and these documents, together with all preceding documents for this proposal (number 13/2224) can be seen here.

Four of the more important recent documents are available direct as pdf files by clicking on the links below the photo.

A description of the Appeal process, provided by the Parish Council, can be seen here.
