A number of people have asked who took the superb photograph of the Square with the illuminated Christmas tree featured on Audlem Online's homepage with our seasonal greeting. The answer we can reveal is — pause for Strictly Come Dancing/Maria/X Factor type build-up of tension — Ken Maple. Many thanks to Ken for sending it to us.
The photo also shows some of Audlem's shops in the background. A number, including Vernons Butchers are open Christmas Eve morning, Williams' newsagents until 6.00pm and the Co-op for much of the day for last minute purchases.
