Quizmaster Tony Lynch and landlords Kate and Andy Griffiths invite you to compete in the Tuesday night quizzes at the Shroppie Fly when they start again at 8.00 pm on Tuesday 25th November for a run of 4 weeks before Christmas. (The last night is on 16th December). The quizzes then recommence on Tuesday 6th January and continue until 17th March which will be a special Charity Quiz Night, with all proceeds going to a local charity. The local charity hasn't been chosen yet, but when it is we will let you know.

To join in the fun, get a team of four together, find a suitably silly name and turn up at the Shroppie in good time for an 8pm start. It only costs £4 per team entry so why not give it a try. And if you want to take part and can't find a further 3 team members to join you just turn up anyway. You're almost bound to be snapped up to fill up an empty space in one of the teams — or you may be able to form a new team with other couples or individuals who appear on the night.
