Vote for your favourite Sausage on Saturday

After two weeks of trialling and testing the shortlisted three recipes of the 2015 Audlem Sausage Competition, we can reveal that the following recipes will be in the taste -off at the weekend and you are all invited to come and have a taste and vote for your favourite:

  • 1. Port, Stilton & Caramelised Onion Sausage
  • 2. "Pleasant Pheasant" a pheasant sausage with soy, onion & coriander
  • 3. Pork Sausage with smoked bacon, red peppers & paprika

The testing phase of the process has gone very well and the feedback so far very good but the vote on Saturday is what will decide the winner! Please come on down to the courtyard at No11 Cheshire Street, on Saturday morning between 10am and 1pm to taste these fabulous sausages and cast your vote.

All the sausages are handmade by Zoe at O&T, using only the finest ingredients. All the sausages are gluten free and made from locally farmed outdoor reared pork.

Wagyu beef is back
