Alexandra Davis

From next Saturday 24th November, Alex will be taking over the Pilates at the Scout and Guide Hall at the new time of 10.00am (just the one class).

All are welcome to this multi-level, mixed ability class at a cost of £5 per person (pay as you go basis).

If possible, please bring your own exercise mat, small towel, bottle of water and wear loose, non-restrictive clothing.

After receiving such a warm welcome from the regulars at Rebecca’s surprise leaving party, Alex says she is very happy to be taking over.

The classes have been very popular over the past three years and although she will be sadly missed, all wish Rebecca well in her move back down to London.

Alex can be contacted on 07866 801156 and trains in Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics, Step, Dance and Nordic Walking. You can read more on her website by clicking on the link below the photo.

My 'Uncle Eric' Buckley (He wasn't my real Uncle but I couldn't just call him Eric, wouldn't be right, would it?) when I was young, told me of an aeroplane during WW2 that crashed in a field on what is now Helers Farm land but was then Yarwoods Farm, or 'The Parkes', just off Monks Lane.
