A local resident has told Audlem Online of the excellent response from Ian Condliffe regarding two suspicious males at the church.

We are told: "Two lads were cold calling selling towels etc. The police were called due to them hanging around the church, Ian was here within minutes of the call and checked the lads over.

The resident adds: "A cracking response from Ian and his partner and Cheshire police."
