Audlem Hammers played Alsager AFC yesterday.
Audlem took the lead with a dubious goal, thrown in from Harry Smith which was then fumbled into the net by their keeper. Then unfortunately, a silly mistake by Audlem resulted in an equaliser at half time.
Audlem came back fighting but a ridiculous penalty decision by the ref gave Alsager a 2-1 win.
Dave Bebbington, the manager, says: "I would love it if we could beat them, just love it!"
