I wonder if Audlem Online readers may be interested in some of the very positive feedback we have collected about Lisa's classes that start next week? They were publicised on the website yesterday.
As you might know, the classes have been going for well over ten years — and are clearly a very important village asset. The classes will re-start on Tuesday 8th September, running from 6.30pm — 7.15pm at the Public Hall — £4 per session.
These sessions are ladies only; any level of fitness can be accommodated. There is a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Just come along, there is no need to book. Please wear comfortable clothing, trainers and bring water.
