A local resident has asked by what authority the advertisement hoarding has been placed on Little Heath? He believes, and few would disagree, that it is a real eyesore. He asks whether it needs planning permission? If so, do they have planning permission? If not, why not? Where were the statutory notices of the application for planning permission posted? Why were the local inhabitants not informed? How long is it intended that the hoarding should remain in situ? Do the Parish Council have any plans to discuss the matter?
Does anyone know the answers to these questions.
