Boots is teaming up with Public Health England (PHE) to launch an innovative wellness proposition to help one million people live healthier lives.
The three-year partnership combines PHE's expertise with Boots unrivalled wellness range
This collaboration includes the launch of an interactive questionnaire called the ReBoot Quiz, which generates a wellness score from answering simple questions on eating and drinking habits, smoking, stress and exercise.
Available on boots.com and through the Boots app, you can sign up to receive personalised advice, products and services from NHS, PHE and Boots over an eight-week period to help improve your lifestyle.
- Over half of adults in England are at increased risk of chronic disease due to their waist circumference and BMI
- 1 in 3 adults are classified as being physically inactive
- 28% of adults have high blood pressure
- 18% of men and 15% of women are smokers
