As we're now all in lockdown for at least the next few weeks I fully understand that reliable communications are vital to keep in touch with friends and family. Living here in Audlem I'm fully committed to ensure I can help our community wherever possible.

TechMedia computer support are doing our best to remain operational to support your needs.

We're able to provide telephone support, remote assistance support and in extreme cases I can still visit your property, since Telecommunications workers are thankfully listed in the key workers list provided by the government. In extreme cases where a home visit is the only option to keep you up and running we will take great care to ensure both our and your safety.

In most cases if your computer has failed we can arrange to collect it for repair from your doorstep to avoid any contact at all, repaired systems will be cleaned before we work on them and cleaned again before return delivery.

Remote support is by far the most effective means of support currently, we use the free version of "teamviewer". This would need to be installed on your system before I can connect to provide remote support.
If you're able to download and install it before calling me that would be great but don't worry I can talk you through the installation — its very simple and can be downloaded from www.teamviewer.com

I'm at the end of the phone on 07759 520 738 or email support@techmedia.org.uk
