A huge thank you to all of our customers who continue to support The Lord Combermere during this challenging period. We hope that you are all keeping safe and we are looking forward to the day that we can welcome you back.
We have now been closed for almost 9 long weeks and it is time to update our takeaway menu again. The new menu retains many of the favourites our customers enjoy but also has some tasty additions including;
- spinach and potato pakora with mint yoghurt
- slow cooked Asian spiced pork belly with a sweet and sour salad of pak choi, shallots and fennel with rice noodles
- BBQ marinated ribs with chunks chips, coleslaw and salad
- asparagus, mint and lemon risotto (you can request added smoked salmon),
- spice Thai style chicken rice noodles,
- Katsu chicken curry with braised rice
- pan-seared king prawns and chorizo pasta in a roasted red pepper and basil sauce.
Along with the spring weather we have also added to our salad selection. In addition to the crispy beef or crispy duck salads we are now offering a traditional Caesar salad with parmesan shavings and ciabatta croutes and a Cobb salad with baby gem, smoked bacon lardons, avocado, soft boiled egg, and Shropshire blue cheese.
No menu would be complete without our desert selection. You can enjoy Dark chocolate & orange torte with candied orange and cream, salted caramel cheesecake, baked apple sponge with custard, milk chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce, lemon and almond tart with custard, or a cheeseboard of Shropshire blue, local Cheddar and Brie with biscuits, grapes, and red onion marmalade.
Due to popular demand we have also added a takeaway version of the TLC Sundae.
You can see the full updated take-away menu by clicking on the link below the picture, or you can go to the Lord C website here.
Keep safe everyone
