Music and Arts Festival

from Ralph Warburton

It is with a very heart and a great deal of sadness that I have to report that we have had to cancel the event, given the state of play on this virus .
We, the small but very dedicated team are now to set about all we have done so far, with some 70 musical performers/ groups to say sorry. To cancel toilets, skips, insurance , halls, chapel, artists, and most of all the three Pubs.
To cancel booking of the Turn Pike field . To refund all the money we have generated from this who give their support for this, the biggest free event in all of Cheshire.
A sad decision but one we are forced to take .
On behalf of the team, Pete Marshall. Chris Warburton. Stephen Hopkins. Christine Johnson and myself.

ARS walks cancelled

from Andy Davidson

In view of the present situation with the Covid-19 virus the Committee of ARS after much deliberation has reluctantly come to the conclusion that we have no alternative but to suspend the ARS programme of walks for the next few weeks at least.
Initially this suspension will be in place until the end of April, and we will review the situation in light of government and medical advice at that time.
There is of course no reason for us all to stay indoors, so unless you're advised to self-isolate keep enjoying walking as spring arrives.

Cheshire East Sports Facilities closed

Stay Connected at Audlem St James CE Primary SchoolThis week again I felt more like a Headteacher as we welcomed Year 6 back.
