Meditation Class at the Audlem Public Hall Annexe on Tuesdays

A new meditation class will be starting in our village on Tuesday 19th November at 7.15pm.

Each week there will be a guided meditation on a theme -- for example, stress, communication, pain management. If you haven't tried it before, this is an easy way to learn meditation. Bring a mat or towel to sit or lie on, or you can use one of the chairs available in the hall. It's just £6 per class and you can collect a loyalty card.

For more information and to book, phone or text Annie Taylor on 07393 722129.

Please note the classes will take place in the Public Hall Annexe
