McCarthy and Stone is inviting local retirees to explore the benefits of downsizing to an age-exclusive apartment in Audlem at a Discovery Day on Wednesday 17th October.
Starting at 2pm, all are welcome to attend the event at the Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, Worleston Suite, Main Road, Worleston, Cheshire, CW5 6DQ, where they will be able to find out more about McCarthy and Stone's forthcoming Retirement Living development, which is currently under construction on Audlem Road.
The Audlem development will feature a homeowners' lounge, ideal for socialising with friends; a convenient guest suite, should friends or relatives stay; beautifully maintained landscaped gardens; and private parking. Apartment will feature spacious walk-in wardrobes and a separate utility area, and select apartments will come complete with a patio area or walk out balcony.
Audlem has plenty of places to eat, drink and meet the friendly locals with a café, deli and three first-rate pubs in the village alone. A regular bus service makes it easy to explore the surrounding areas, which has a wealth of traditional country inns, gastropubs and fine restaurants -- all located in pretty villages and beautiful rural settings.
To book your place at the Discovery Day, or to find out more about Retirement Living in Audlem, please contact McCarthy and Stone on 0800 201 0385 or visit www.mccarthyandstone.co.uk.
