You may have noticed our flagpole* is missing!
Unfortunately the flagpole* attached to the Boots store was "involved in an accident" with a lorry on Friday 24th....
Thankfully no-one was hurt but the flagpole* will be down for a little while as the fascia/pole is checked & repaired.
*Ed — we are slightly confused. The story headline described the hanging basket as the victim of the unprovoked attack from a large lorry, but the text talks of the flagpole as the sufferer.
