We've received this from Annie Taylor about her new Life Coaching service in Audlem:
Annie Taylor, who recently moved to Audlem says, "Booking an appointment with a Life Coach is such a positive thing to do — like taking personal trainer sessions or joining a yoga class. It's about doing something to improve your life."
Annie worked in a variety of roles and sectors before training in London with David Shephard and Tad James. She is particularly interested in helping people to align with what matters most to them. "It's about priorities," she says. "So often, the things we really want end up at the bottom of the pile. Years can pass with the same items appearing time after time on New Year's Resolution Lists! I enjoy helping individuals identify easier ways to achieve what they really want. It's empowering for the client as positive results can happen quickly."
Life Coaching is a form of therapy that is rapidly becoming a popular option for people wanting to tackle life challenges or make change. This can be an adjustment in career direction, improving relationships or changing lifestyle. Clients feel uplifted, motivated and more optimistic about moving forward with their ambitions. Clients leave sessions often with clear steps to work on before the next appointment, having gained clarity or made decisions.
For a free telephone consultation without obligation, phone Annie on 07393 722129.
