The Final Rehearsal (and it didn't go well)
The Audlem Theatre Company (formally the Audlem 5a's) are in their final preparations for their hilarious original summer production written by Colin Cliffe.
The concept of this murder mystery farce is that you are viewing the final rehearsal of a play where all is not well, with missing cast members, onstage mishaps and mis-performing props. Things at first don't start too badly but soon go from bad to worse as a series of on-stage accidents culminate in a chaos which not only threatens the actual production but could signal the end of the whole drama society.
The Audlem Theatre Company are a multi NODA nominated drama society whose original production of last years play, Heaven's Close 2 was a finalist in the National one-act play competition.
The Final Rehearsal (and it didn't go well) will be performed at Audlem Public Hall on the 18th,19th,20th July @ 7.30pm and at Woore Victory Hall on Sunday 21st July @7.30pm.
Tickets are on sale at Willaims newsagents in Audlem, also at Woore village store or can be reserved by calling 01270 811743 or may be purchased online via Eventbrite, by following the Audlem Theatre Company links via face book
