New Post Office

The Post Office has sadly been robbed this Thursday so please please be vigilant...

The Incident has been logged with the police and we ask that if anyone sees a man matching the following description, please report it using the incident reference number: 261290

  • Roughly 5ft 2inches in height, Eastern European (we think)
  • Short trimmed beard
  • White parka jacket with fur, gold jewellery, black cap
  • Broken English

This was a slight of hand job, so if anyone comes in with a large amount of cash trying to switch it out for different notes... Say No!

He managed to steal the money with two of us watching from behind the counter and we still cannot work out how...a similar incident has been reported at another local PO so this may well happen again locally.

Kind Regards,

Megan Goode
