Appeal to public after car is severely damaged'.

We had a visitor last night who parked on Woore Road just up from the Longhill Lane/Kettle Lane crossroads. Someone has hit the car causing significant damage to the vehicle and just driven off.

It's likely to have caused considerable damage to the driver's vehicle too. Our visitor is a young lad with a young family (thank god they weren't in the car) and is now facing a hefty insurance bill to put the car right.

The incident happened at 7.35pm last night (Wednesday 27th), so if anyone has any information / dash cam footage, or indeed if the driver could come forward that would be wonderful.

Please email the editor at editor@audlem.org and they will pass your contact details on to me.

Thank you.
