Local builder Des Guerin has decided to shave the beard and moustache he has sported for many years. Taking advantage of this, a sponsored "shave off" has been launched in aid of the Motor Neurone Charity in memory of Ashley Smith. After only a day or so the pledges are at nearly £200! The shave off date is 9th of the 9th at 9pm — in the Bridge Pub.
Pledges can be made at the Bridge and the Shroppie Fly or by calling Ralph Warburton on 01270 812125.
