Ruth Kemble writes: "A reminder that the Audlem Support Group for St Luke's Hospice is holding a Gardeners' Question Time evening on Wednesday April 2nd at 7.30pm. It is in the Public Hall and tickets are £5.
"Be thinking of questions to ask the panel and bring them written out. There will also be a Plant Bring and Buy Stall , a Second Hand Gardening Book Stall and a Seed Swap so we hope you have lots of plants, seeds and books!"

Here's a snippet that might get Audlem historians interested.Reading a book entitled "Tales From The Old Inland Waterways", there is reference to the fact that there was a carpenter's workshop owned by the canal company on the wharf at Audlem. The carpenter was Bob Williams, and his main job was to do woodwork repairs to the locks in Audlem and Adderley flights. The date...
