The Public Hall's management committee has confirmed two dates in early 2007.

Following on from the success of "The Queen" visiting Audlem, Reels on Wheels will be showing the film "The History Boys", starring Richard Griffiths and Frances de la Tour on Saturday January 13th. The film will start at 7pm. Tickets, costing £5, will soon be available from committee members and the Post Office. Unfortunately, due to the poor response last time, there will be no children's film this time, but the committee would welcome suggestions for future films for children.

The Valentine's Ball is being held again, this time on Saturday 10th February. Tickets will cost £25. There will be a three-course meal and a licensed bar. Dancing this year will be to "California Blue".

Proceeds from both events will go towards the continuing refurbishment of the hall, which this year will include the refitting of the kitchen and the bar.
