Darren Poyzer at Duffey Boys music night

The Lord Combermere enjoyed another of those one off nights, as Darren Poyzer guested at the Duffey Boys Music Night yesterday evening.

Darren, a favourite at the Music Festival and not averse to playing the odd festival or two, entertained an audience out to enjoy a song or two. His Manchester Folk song, more widely known as a cover of Joy Division's Love will tear us apart is magical at the best of times (Visit Peter Hooks Myspace) and last night DP played it twice!

It was an excellent night — a big thank you for Darren coming over. It was good!

End of the Road! The way humans hunt, eagle eyed for parking spaces and the way animals hunt for food are not as different as you might think.
