There's a number of consultation events coming up which will be of interest to anyone interested in the Local Development Framework , or Cheshire East Plan for development over the next twenty years.
There is a relatively local meeting at Nantwich Civic Hall on Monday 12th Sepember from noon to 7.00pm.
The aim of the consultation process is to find out how people think the towns and villages of Cheshire East should look in the future. This includes identifying sites for housing, employment development, shops and recreation facilities.
Questionnaires have been distributed to a thousand local homes and it's hoped that there will be a big response from the Audlem area. A copy of the questionnaire can also be downloaded by clicking on the link below the photo or you can complete the questionnaire on-line from the Cheshire East page — but you do have to pre-register to do this.
Pre-registering for on-line responses is a quite painless process and, hopefully, won't put too many people off. Please note, you do have to include your name and address. Responses have to be submitted this month.
