Cheshire Carers meet on the second Tuesday of each month (except August) in the Public Hall from 10.30am for two hours.
So Tuesday January 10th will be the first meeting of 2012.
This is an opportunity for anyone who looks after a friend or relative and is an unpaid carer to come and meet others, to have a coffee and a chat and relax and enjoy a bit of 'me-time'
It is a 'drop-in' so there is no need to book or even to come for the whole two hours, although it would be great if you do! Sometimes we do simple craft or exercise workshops and sometimes we have a speaker in.
