Triumph in Olympics 5000m

Cheshire East Council would like to hear from anyone who volunteered at the recent Olympic and Paralympic games in London. 

All Games Makers will be invited to the Cheshire East Sports Awards that are being held on November 29th at Cranage Hall, near Holmes Chapel.

The awards recognise the time and dedication put in by volunteers, coaches, clubs and athletes to develop sport across the Borough.

Buerton Parish council has been approached by PCSO Jarvis regarding a community speed watch scheme.This would involve members of the community volunteering to assist in running the scheme by using a hand held laser speed device in relevant areas and times where it has been noted that vehicles are travelling in excess of the speed limit.
