I am one of the new owners of the butchers shop in Audlem. My husband (Hugh) and I have bought 11 Cheshire Street and are currently in the planning phase of a full refurbishment for the shop.
It will remain as a butchers shop. I will be developing and running this business whilst Hugh continues with his career in the cattle breeding industry.
Our aim is to build a business that will complement our passions for the good life and GREAT food, and ensure our customers are getting GREAT local food from a friendly local butchery!
We look forward to supplying Audlem (and the surrounding areas) with locally sourced, quality produce. We have yet to fix on a name for the new shop....will keep you informed.
(Audlem Online adds: Great news for Audlem and district. We have used the old photo of the premises as we didn't want to use one of the currently empty shop.)
