Bradshaw's Guide, the book that inspired Michael Portillo's TV series "Great British Railway Journeys", is now available at Audlem Mill. Or, at least, a reprint is!
The 1863 edition of "Bradshaw's Descriptive Railway Handbook of Great Britain and Ireland" that Michael Portillo used is very rare and valuable, but this is a facsimile edition of that first edition,
It's a substantial hardback book, and fantastic value at £9.99.
We've only got a few copies, but when they are sold, we can take orders for delivery shortly. An ideal Father's Day gift.
