A Sketch of Time

You are invited to join acclaimed Audlem artist Sheila M Webster at her first book signing.  Sheila will be at Audlem Mill on Sunday 7th October from 2.30 to 4.00pm to sign copies of the book, 'A Sketch of Time'.

It contains 34 of Sheila's superb coloured pen and ink sketches of the  historic boats that attended the boat gathering at the Audlem Festival of Transport in July.

For canal boat enthusiasts, the book is a superb memento of an amazing day. For others, it is the perfect Audlem gift:

  • Sketched in Audlem

  • Notes written in Audlem

  • Photographs taken mainly in Audlem

  • Book design and layout completed in Audlem

  • Book publishing – the first book published by Canal Book Shop, publishers located at Audlem Mill.

“A Sketch of Time” is an A5 size paperback book, illustrated in full colour.  The book is only available at Audlem Mill and a few other canalside shops.

Please come to meet Sheila M Webster at Audlem Mill on Sunday afternoon, 7th October, have a drink and a nibble, and see the book, plus a selection of Sheila's framed watercolour originals and mounted prints.

Come to see why we are so excited!
