The annual service of remembrance will be held this coming Sunday, 13 November, at 10.45 am in St James. The service will be led by the leaders of the village churches: Rev'd Helen Chantry of St James, Mr Bill Cowen of the Baptist Church, and Rev'd Andrew Gunstone of the Methodist Church. Representatives from the Nantwich branch of the Royal British Legion will attend, along with members of village uniformed organisations. Following the service, which will include the traditional two minutes silence at 11.00 am, wreaths will be laid at the war memorial outside the church. All are welcome to attend.
