The Audlem Lass team and Crewe and Nantwich Lifeboat branch supporters would like to thank all who made the wish candles and the arrival of the best Father Christmas in the job such a super event last night.
It seemed half south Cheshire came to the Big Switch On.
We floated £216.18p worth of candles in the half hour and took £140 at the stall and including
£10 from a super lady today and £54.20p in bucket donations, collected £410.38 in total.
Congratulations to whoever took the video — we can reveal that it was John Gunstone — and many thanks for your promotion of the event.
AudlemOnline thanks Roy Plume for the on-board photo of Father Christmas.
