Bidi Jones, who lives in Monks Lane, has published her very first book, Seriously Simple, a cookery book geared towards students and teenagers and packed with simple step-by-step instructions and recipes. "I decided to write the book when my grandchildren said they had to cook something and wanted my help," said Bidi. The book retails at £11.99 and we hope that Bidi will publish one or two of her recipes on audlem.org
