This year's art exhibition as part of the Music and Arts Festival in May 2014 is going to have the space for much more work.

We have managed to persuade Mike Reeves, the artist who made the amazing Last Supper (top photo) to exhibit it again as there have been so many requests to see it — if you missed it last year it is worth a visit.

There will be work from the artists who exhibited last year and some new ones — plus a project from the Audlem school based on aborigines.

If you have original art work that you would like to display, please contact Christine Johnson at christmjdill@live.co.uk.

As a new venture we are planning to run some art based workshops for adults, which will include painting and drawing techniques, costume construction and jewellery from recycled materials. These have not been finalised yet and the titles may change.

The workshops will last about two hours and there may be a small charge for materials if necessary. If you are interested in experiencing something new you will be able to book a place nearer the time.
