A new business will be opening in two weeks time in the centre of Audlem. The Coffee Lounge next to the Salad Bowl is scheduled to open on Saturday 15th September.
Vernon and Debbie Miles took over the Salad Bowl in December last year and soon planned to have the Coffee Lounge in two rooms alongside the existing shop, one looking out on the village centre, the other out on to the rear garden. The coffee lounge will feature hand-made cakes, sandwiches, quiches, home-made soup, home-made clotted cream scones and a full range of coffees and teas.
More on the new business over the next few weeks.
