An invitation to all in Audlem

Home » Latest News » An invitation to all in Audlem

Richard Furber, the Chairman of Audlem Parish Council, is sending an invitation out to all Audlem residents.

As you will know, Audlem has won the title of 'Cheshire Village of the Year' and won the awards for 'Most Vibrant Village in Cheshire' and for 'Building Community Life'. A few weeks ago Audlem received the judges for the North of England regional awards of 'Village of the Year' and many village organisations were involved in creating a display for them in the Public Hall showing examples of what goes on in our community.

Many of the people involved said that others in the area would be interested in seeing that display so it is being re-staged this month. It will be open to all on Friday 18th November from 1.00pm until 7.00pm and on Saturday 19th November from 10.00am until 2.00pm. If you have a chance do look in at the Public Hall and see just some of the reasons Audlem has been judged to be 'Village of the Year'.

The invitations are being delivered to all local households over the next few days.
