An 'Amazing' update to Mend our Mum

Home » Latest News » An 'Amazing' update

Yesterday I banked £1005 in the Mend Our Mum account in Nantwich. This from the proceeds of the Heywood Shoot at the weekend — and revenue from sales of the very special DVD.

This now brings the total raised to just under £88,000 — a truly "Amazing" jump with a massive leap over the past few days since December 12th when we went live on the TV, Radio stations and the national press. Plus I have two auction lots still to be paid for which will bring in a further £550.

I am also pleased to report that the BBC have asked that they be informed of the day when the target of £100k is reached, as they wish to return to cover the story once more.

A truly remarkable thing that so much coverage be given to the cause and to the village of Audlem.

Now we have to push for that aim — and most importantly to get Berni fit for all concerned.
