The courts and clubhouse are located alongside the recreation ground and childrens’ playground in the centre of the village. Access is from the main car park beside the Public Hall.
Audlem tennis club was formed in 1982 to take over a couple of near-derelict tennis courts in the middle of the village. Since then the courts have been resurfaced (twice), floodlights installed and a modest club hut built.
The Tennis Club Committee would prefer that users of the Courts became members of the Club, but very occasional users can use the Courts during the day on Mondays or on Wednesday mornings. The charge is £3.00 per court per hour, and the money should be placed in an envelope marked "Audlem Tennis Club" and posted through the letter box on the front door of the Audlem Medical Centre by the main Car Park.
This is an honesty system and access to the Courts can only be made through the small gate in the wire netting surrounding the Courts.
Any members of the Public making use of this facility are asked to observe the Club rules about suitable footwear etc.

The Club enters teams in the South and Mid Cheshire League and Cup competitions. In the Summer season, two ladies’ teams, one mens’ team and two mixed teams are entered. In the Winter season (i.e. October to March) there are two teams.
The Club aims to promote tennis for Juniors, and coaching run by professional coaches is organised at various times of year at very reasonable cost.
Social and fundraising events are organised by the Club committee from time to time, such as Garden Parties and strawberries-and-champagne tournaments.
